These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Aberaeron is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Aberaeron and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK pharmacy law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and reside in the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout any clinical consultation. Our weight loss services are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis by our prescribing pharmacist. We reserve the right to decline treatment where it would not be clinically appropriate or safe.
All prescription medicines supplied through our service require a valid prescription issued by a GPhC-registered or GMC-registered prescriber. Prescriptions are only issued following a clinical assessment of your health questionnaire and, where necessary, a consultation with our prescriber.
You must not misrepresent your medical history or withhold relevant health information. Doing so may result in treatment being withdrawn and may have serious health consequences for which we cannot accept liability. Prescriptions are non-transferable and issued solely for your personal use.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; any changes will be communicated clearly before you complete your order. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier capacity. You will receive a notification confirming dispatch. We use tracked delivery services to ensure safe receipt of your medication.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your medication does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with UK medicines legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
